2. Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched or entered an irreversible fulfilment stage, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

If the cancellation is approved, any payment already received will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment.

In this case, you may need to receive the order and request a return in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

This includes supported payment methods such as:

  • iDEAL | Wero
  • Other available payment methods shown at checkout

After the refund is initiated, it may take approximately 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. International Orders

Cancellation requests for international orders should also be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an international order has been dispatched, additional shipping or customs procedures may apply before the item can be returned.
