By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

Throughout these Terms, “Paris Affaires”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paris Affaires.
“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing from us.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
- Your purchase is lawful in your country or region
3. Products
We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications and pricing.
Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations or other reasonable factors.
Product availability may change without notice.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
4. Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown during your shopping session or at checkout.
The total amount payable will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Where applicable, shipping charges, taxes and other charges collected by us will also be shown before payment is completed.
For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees that are outside our control.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
- Inability to deliver to the supplied address
- Technical or payment-processing errors
- Applicable legal or regulatory restrictions
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
6. Payments
We may accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:
- Debit and credit cards
- Bank-based payment methods
- iDEAL | Wero
- Digital wallets
- Other supported payment methods
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment service providers. We do not normally store complete card or online-banking credentials.
If a payment fails, is declined or is not successfully authorised, the order may not be processed.
7. iDEAL | Wero
Where iDEAL | Wero is available at checkout, customers may use it to complete eligible purchases through their supported bank or payment application.
A successfully confirmed iDEAL | Wero payment does not remove your rights under our Refund & Returns Policy or applicable consumer law.
Refunds for purchases made through iDEAL | Wero will, where supported, be processed through the original transaction and returned to the original payment account.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within:
1–2 business days
After dispatch, estimated delivery is:
2–4 business days
The overall estimated timeframe is therefore approximately:
3–6 business days
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
International deliveries may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
9. International Orders
Paris Affaires may sell and deliver products to supported international destinations.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- VAT
- Local taxes
- Customs-clearance requirements
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, charges imposed directly by the destination country's customs or tax authorities are the customer's responsibility.
10. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
Where the order has not yet been dispatched or entered an irreversible fulfilment stage, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive the item and follow our return procedure.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable consumer law.
11. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
After we initiate a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
UK guidance also prevents businesses from excluding responsibility for matters such as faulty goods or goods that are not as described.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please contact us promptly if an item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Is materially different from its description
- Is different from the item you ordered
We may ask you to provide photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.
Where appropriate, we may provide a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund in accordance with applicable law.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
UK consumers have statutory protections when purchasing goods online, and distance-selling rules impose specific obligations on online retailers.
Customers located outside the United Kingdom may also benefit from mandatory consumer rights in their country of residence.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to you, the mandatory legal rights will take priority.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use our website:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- To interfere with its security or operation
- To introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
- To attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- To impersonate another person
- To provide false payment or account information
We may restrict access where necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, logos, layout and original material belongs to Paris Affaires or is used under appropriate permission or licence.
You may use the website for personal shopping purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission where such permission is legally required.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may rely on third-party services, including:
- Payment processors
- Courier companies
- Hosting providers
- Analytics services
- Fraud-prevention providers
- Other technical providers
Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website for maintenance, technical improvements, security or operational reasons.
18. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paris Affaires will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
19. Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with payment processors, couriers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfil orders and provide our services.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect:
- Changes to our services
- Changes to payment or delivery arrangements
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Operational changes
The version applicable to your order will generally be the version in effect when your order was placed, except where the law requires otherwise.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
Nothing in this section removes rights that international consumers may have under mandatory local consumer law.
22. Complaints
If you have a concern regarding an order, payment, delivery, return or other service issue, please contact us first so we can investigate.
